3. Course Enrollment & Attendance

  • Registration for a course is confirmed once payment is received in full or an official purchase order is provided.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a new date or a full refund.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments must be made in accordance with the invoice terms.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the course start date may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, course content, and resources provided by Train Smart remain our intellectual property.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share materials without our written permission.

6. Liability

  • While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our training and materials, we are not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our services.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the course content is suitable for your needs.

7. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our policy.
